Patient Participation Group

The Esher Green Patient Participation Group is now established and will hold regular meetings to discuss matters that are important to you, our patients.

The PPG is a group of patients registered with the surgery who have an interest in the services provided. The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and cross barriers, embracing diversity and to work in partnership with the surgery to  improve common understanding.

We are looking for more patients to join the group and the Chairman would be very happy to speak to you to provide you with more information. So, if you are interested and would like to know more, please speak to the receptionist who will pass your details onto the Practice manager or PPG Chairman will be in contact with you

General Data Protection Registration 2018 (GDPR) states that the Online access must be switched off when a child reaches 13, as this is the age of consent for Data and Online services, and again when they reach 18, as this is the age of consent


First Time Users

If this is your first time using 'Emis Access' & you wish to register the log in details you have been given by the surgery, click on the link below and select the green 'Register' button on the left hand side of the screen. This will take you through registering your log in details step by step to create your account so you can book appointments online and order your repeat prescriptions.
