Patient Participation Group

The Esher Green Patient Participation Group is now established and will hold regular meetings to discuss matters that are important to you, our patients.

The PPG is a group of patients registered with the surgery who have an interest in the services provided. The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and cross barriers, embracing diversity and to work in partnership with the surgery to  improve common understanding.

We are looking for more patients to join the group and the Chairman would be very happy to speak to you to provide you with more information. So, if you are interested and would like to know more, please speak to the receptionist who will pass your details onto the Practice manager or PPG Chairman will be in contact with you

Doctors Appointments

The majority of doctors appointments can be booked on the day and are available from 08:30. The appointments can be made by telephone or in person. Some pre-bookable appointments are available up to a month in advance.

Alternatively if you are signed up to our online booking system you can book an appointment by clicking the Online Services Link, under Quick Links on right of this page.

Please be aware when booking appointments that all blood tests, blood pressure checks and ECG's are to be booked with our healthcare assistants Tanith and Sylvia.

These appointments can only be booked via telephone or coming in to the surgery.

East Elmbridge Extended Access Service

These clinics are best suited for patients for patients who cannot attend the surgery during the normal working day.

 Nurse Appointments

These can be made in advance by telephone or in person. We try to keep to time with all appointments but sometimes delays are unavoidable.

These appointments can only be booked via telephone or coming in to the surgery.

Arriving late for an Appointment

Please arrive for your appointment on time. It is very disruptive to the doctor’s schedule should you arrive late for an appointment.

We have Late Arrivals Protocol - it is our general policy that patients have a duty to attend pre-booked appointments promptly. Should you arrive late for your appointment, please check in at reception and a message will be sent to the doctor to advise of your arrival. The practice will, as far as practicable, see patients who arrive late, however this may be at the end of the surgery and may involve a considerable wait, or it may be necessary to re-book

Telephone Appointments

Many problems that patients come to see doctors about can be dealt with over the telephone. Telephone appointments are available to book in advance or on the day at 08:30.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Patient Ideas

We welcome feedback from our patients. If you would like to pass on your ideas to the surgery on how you think we could improve our service please click on the 'Get Involved' tab to the right of the page and select 'Contact Us'.
