Patient Participation Group

The Esher Green Patient Participation Group is now established and will hold regular meetings to discuss matters that are important to you, our patients.

The PPG is a group of patients registered with the surgery who have an interest in the services provided. The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and cross barriers, embracing diversity and to work in partnership with the surgery to  improve common understanding.

We are looking for more patients to join the group and the Chairman would be very happy to speak to you to provide you with more information. So, if you are interested and would like to know more, please speak to the receptionist who will pass your details onto the Practice manager or PPG Chairman will be in contact with you

Free NHS Health Checks

Helping you to prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease & dementia.

We are now doing Health Checks at Esher Green Surgery for patients between the ages of 40-74 who have NOT been diagnosed with the conditions mentioned above.

Please enquire at the surgery for further details.

 

Practice Management

Practice Manager - Lynn Siveyer

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
