Patient Participation Group

The Esher Green Patient Participation Group is now established and will hold regular meetings to discuss matters that are important to you, our patients.

The PPG is a group of patients registered with the surgery who have an interest in the services provided. The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and cross barriers, embracing diversity and to work in partnership with the surgery to  improve common understanding.

We are looking for more patients to join the group and the Chairman would be very happy to speak to you to provide you with more information. So, if you are interested and would like to know more, please speak to the receptionist who will pass your details onto the Practice manager or PPG Chairman will be in contact with you

Community Midwives

Your midwife and doctor will share your antenatal care and help care for you and your baby. The midwife holds a clinic at Emberbrook Community Health Centre in Thames Ditton on Wednesday Mornings. Find their address below;

Community Nurses

The district nursing team are qualified nurses who are trained to assess the health care needs of patients who are unable to make it to the surgery and their families. They provide services such as post surgical care, wound and skin care, bowel and bladder care, diabetic care, and follow up care for people who are acutely or terminally ill.

To contact the district nurses call 0208 972 9412 between 08:30 and 16:30. If you call outside these hours please leave a message on their answer phone and someone will be in contact with you.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
